These Terms of Service apply to your use of mysticdeckstudio.co.uk and to all purchases made from Mystic Deck Studio. By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our products

Mystic Deck Studio sells downloadable digital artwork, including printable Tarot and Lenormand card decks and related digital products.

All products are supplied digitally. No physical product will be shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Product images are provided for presentation purposes. Colours and print results may vary depending on your screen, printer, paper, ink and printing settings.

2. Orders and payment

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or available for your location. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout where required.

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment, pricing errors or misuse of our products or website. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the payment will be refunded.

3. Digital delivery

Digital products are normally made available after successful payment through a download link, email or customer account.

You are responsible for:

• providing a valid email address;

• downloading and securely storing your purchased files;

• ensuring that your device and software can open the stated file formats; and

• contacting us if you experience a problem accessing the files.

4. Intellectual property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, files, product images, text and other content supplied by Mystic Deck Studio remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product gives you a licence to use the files according to the licence option purchased. Ownership of the artwork and copyright is not transferred to you.

You must not:

• share, upload, copy or distribute the original digital files;

• resell or give away the digital files;

• include the files in another digital product, template, collection or download;

• sublicense the artwork to another person or business;

• claim the artwork as your own;

• register the artwork, product names or designs as your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property; or

• use the files for unlawful, misleading, harmful or defamatory purposes.

5. Personal Use Licence

If you purchase a Personal Use Licence, you may:

• download and store the files for your own use;

• print the cards for your own personal use; and

• make a reasonable number of personal backup copies.

A Personal Use Licence does not permit you to sell, distribute or commercially use either the digital files or printed products made from them.

6. Commercial Licence

If you purchase a Commercial Licence, you may use the purchased artwork to produce and sell physical printed card decks, subject to any additional conditions stated on the relevant product page or included with the download.

The Commercial Licence does not permit you to:

• sell, share or distribute the original or modified digital files;

• sell the artwork as digital downloads;

• create digital templates, printable products or downloadable collections for resale;

• sublicense or transfer the files to another person or business; or

• make the files available through print-on-demand platforms where third parties can access, download or reuse the artwork.

You may provide the files to a professional printing service only for the purpose of producing your own authorised physical products. You remain responsible for ensuring that the printing service does not retain, resell, share or reuse the files.

Any product-specific licence terms displayed on the product page or included with the purchased files form part of these Terms. If there is a conflict, the product-specific licence terms will apply to that product.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellation rights for digital products are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

8. Tarot and Lenormand disclaimer

Our Tarot and Lenormand products are creative and spiritual tools intended for personal reflection, inspiration and entertainment.

They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other qualified advice. Mystic Deck Studio does not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, financial or business outcome from using its products.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use this website or our products:

• for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

• to infringe another person’s rights;

• to introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology;

• to attempt unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts or related systems; or

• in any way that could damage, disable or interfere with the operation of the website.

10. Third-party services

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers and digital-delivery services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Website availability

We aim to keep the website and digital-delivery services available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a technical issue prevents you from receiving a purchased product, please contact us so that we can provide reasonable assistance.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Deck Studio will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or losses resulting from improper use, unauthorised sharing, printing choices or incompatibility with equipment or software not listed as supported.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal requirements.

The version that applies to a purchase is the version published on the website when the order is placed.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country where you live.
