Mystic Deck Studio sells digital products only. No physical item will be shipped.

Digital downloads

You may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital files.

By choosing to receive immediate access to your digital purchase, you expressly consent to the delivery of the digital content beginning immediately. Once the download or access has started, you acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right to cancel, where permitted by applicable law.

Because digital files cannot be returned, we generally cannot offer refunds for change of mind after the files have been downloaded or accessed.

Faulty or incorrect files

If your files are corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, materially different from the product description, or you have received the wrong files, please contact us through the contact form on mysticdeckstudio.co.uk.

We will first try to resolve the issue by providing corrected or replacement files. If we cannot resolve the problem, you may be entitled to a refund or another remedy under applicable consumer law.
