Digital Delivery Policy

Mystic Deck Studio sells digital downloadable products only. No physical products are shipped, and no delivery address or shipping fee is required.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, your purchased files will normally be made available through:

• a download link displayed after checkout;

• an email sent to the address provided with your order; or

• your customer account, where available.

Digital delivery is usually available shortly after payment. In some cases, processing, technical issues or email filtering may cause a delay.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the download email.

Download issues

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that your device supports the file formats stated in the product description.

If your download link is missing, does not work or you receive an incorrect or damaged file, please contact us through the contact form on mysticdeckstudio.co.uk. Please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

We will provide reasonable assistance and, where necessary, issue a replacement download link or corrected file.

No physical shipping

Shipping times, delivery charges, tracking numbers, customs duties and import fees do not apply because no physical item is supplied.
